I don't know if this is a bug or what but I decided to post about it here, as I could not find anything in the search related to my problem.

I play SPAZ on my laptop with the touch pad mouse. I cannot use the keyboard and touch pad mouse at the same time. Using the keyboard stops the mouse from working. The problem does remedy with an external mouse plugged in.

I don't know if the dxdiag or log file will help in this matter.

Does this only occur in the game or outside of it too?

i also receive the same problem. Also, when minimizing my mouse sometimes gets stuck in the top left corner. The only way to stop it is when i close the game through task manager.

Please, if I ask an A or B question, do not answer it like a Yes or No question. It's about as useful as no answer at all. :(

Aha. I happen to own two laptops, and yes, one of them does this, while the other one doesn't. It's an issue between the input device and your computer, not the game. I'd be interested in a fix as well if any forum members here are tech-savvy enough... though most of the tech-savvy ones will likely not have touchpad laptops. :/

I did a bit of google searching, and I think I found thesolution. I found that other people had a similar type of problem, and that it was the 'palm check' option on their laptops track pad settings. I turned mine off and it has solved the problem. If you have the same setting you may way to give that a try and see if it solves your problem as well. :)

Cheers mate. I'll get on my other laptop ASAP to find out where I can turn it off. Thanks for the help!
