There was a crash bug for people playing on Insane when entering chapter 4. We decided to drop everything and fix it. We are in the process of propagating it through the distributors now. Steam was ultra fast bringing it online, which is awesome.

Sounds like it is just a hotfix.

Edit: Whoops, I should pay attention to page numbers :)

You say Steam is being ultra fast for bringing it online, but I think you and Richard deserve the praise more than anything for being quick. I wish more developers were like you two on so many levels. You should definitely pat yourselves on the back for your involvement with the community, support on the game, the quality of the game (Seriously didn't think I'd get such a well polished awesome game for 14 bucks. I feel like a criminal) and listen to feedback all at once.

Blorfy, maybe it's a good idea to support you and Richard, to ask people to buy SPAZ 2 up front instead of when it's released? There are a couple of indie developers that do it like this. Like they have a budget to create a game they like, but allow customers to buy a CD-Key way before it's released to allow some more breathing room. On top of that, maybe release a soundtrack of both spaz one and two.

The tool tip for cloak on the research screen still says 150%.

Someone just gave me X3: Terran Conflict and demanded I play it. *sigh* Sometimes I wish I liked a genre of games that didn't consume all of my free time. Oh well... sleep is for the weak anyway.

@Xeneonic

Wow, thanks very much for the kind words. It is great to feel appreciated :) Good way to start the day.

@seandrake6

Thx for the report for the research screen, we missed that one. Also X3 is pretty awesome, you are going to lose a lot of sleep.

X3 is the third installment in a 3D space sim game series. It's also quite fun, as the other posts suggest. :D

A couple questions I'm still curious about:

What does this mean?

Unless it is a hidden thing it appears that the 'old bonuses' have been removed.
