Like in RL, I'm always late :D

I'd like to make a small suggestion, what about some really special-rare-'omg i cant believe i found this specialist!!'?

Really rare ones or ones you can get completing special tasks or quests like "Destroy a base ship using only a mining laser" (IMPOSSIBRU!)

This rare ones would have names inherited from pop-nerd-science culture like
- URSS Lenin [duplicate your goons and make them work better, faster and cheaper]
- Justin Bieber [makes you primary target. ALWAYS]
- Phd Msc BSC [omg] Sheldon Cooper [can only have 4 friends "goonz"] [this naming is an easter egg from one episode of The Big Bang Theory]

I know this request is a really hard idea, but it can become a side objective, to give more fun to the game.
Like when you play GTA and you just want to drive around the street...

Since ye olde naming thread has new life, I'll add a suggestion.

If you look at the neat little, or Dwarf-Fortress-of-4X kind of giant really, game Aurora ( http://aurora2.pentarch.org/ ), you will see the game uses the US Census data, specifically a crazy long list of names used in the USA. Throw that in a random name generator, you'll never be short on anything but more cool nicknames to go with it.

Being uncertain of how the legalities go, I will just give a direction. That and the list of names is buried in an MDB file I do not have a tool to open. Game is free, as is the Census data, if I am not mistaken. To quote from the tutorial section of the Aurora wiki on Main Empire Themes: "For the US theme I imported the latest US Census data into the Aurora database. When you generate a Commander it will pick a random first name from 2000 possibles and a random surname from over 50,000. That provides about one hundred million names for the US theme alone." http://aurorawiki.pentarch.org/index.ph ... a_Tutorial
