This file will get rid of it. It pops up in weird places for some people.

unzip and overwrite game/gamescripts/game.cs.dso with this new file

How about sending out an actual update via Steam?

If I were to "Verify game cache" after installing this file. I would need to install it again.

And there are IIRC still a few other things that were in the update pipe.

Just so people know, if the upcoming features window gets stuck on your screen, all you have to do is pause by going to the main menu where the window belongs, then unpause again and that gets rid of it. At least for me. So you don't really need to modify any game files to do this. Also, Blorfy, since this is a known issue, you should probably stick it, or create a sticky thread "known issues" and link back to this thread in that thread.
